Want to spend some time at the beach?

We have great local beach at Goring.

Use this postcode to get to the beach BN12 4HR. This is the closest beach to the campsite and about a 15 minute drive by car.

It has free parking, big green spaces for picnics and a café with separate toilets.

The beaches are stone, but if you time it when the tide is out, you’ll get half a mile of sand with rock pools for the children.

Check the tide timetable for getting some sandcastle building time.

We always recommend to try and get an outgoing tide as you’ll get more time on the sand and a chance to check out all the rock pools.

Looking for some more sand, then we can highly recommend West Wittering Beach. This beautiful sandy beach gets very popular. You do need to pay for parking, which you have to do on arrival at a kiosk.

Use this postcode PO20 8AJ to get there and it takes about 45 minute drive from the campsite.

Get there early. When car park is full, they’ll turn you away.
