Is there sunshine in the woodland?

We get asked this question a lot!

And obviously the sun needs to be out in the first place 🌞

If you’re camping under trees in a woodland, then yes it will be shady.

But you certainly will get times of the day when the sun will pour down into the open glades.

The advantage is you won’t get cooked in your tent at 5am as the sun comes up as you’re not in the middle of a field.

You also get to feel like you are in your own natures room within the trees.

You’ll be sheltered from the wind, sun and any chance of rain.

We do have a large meadow which is in full sun, to play games or just sit and picnic.

So this is definitely the place to hang if you love feeling the sun.
