Can I bring my dog?
Yes we allow up to 2 well behaved dogs per pitch booking at Fox Wood.
- All dogs must be leaded or kept on a long leash whilst on site at all times (no exceptions) .
- Please do not make us ask you to lead your dog whilst at Fox Wood.
There are lots of dog walking choices straight from the campsite gate out into the National Park Forest where you can tire out your four legged friend.
If your not heading out into the forest – the fields around the campsite have also got interconnecting footpaths and these often have sheep, lambs and horses in them, so please do not let your dog free roam in the farm fields if you cannot recall and control your dog around farm livestock.
Want to go to a beach with your dog?
There are no dogs allowed on Worthing, Littlehampton or West Wittering beaches. These are all pleasure beaches.
Dogs are allowed on Goring Gap beach. Use this postcode to park BN12 4HR. This is the closest beach to the campsite.
It has free parking, big green spaces for picnics and a café with separate toilets.
The beaches are stone, but if you time it when the tide is out, you’ll get half a mile of sand with rock pools for the children.
